Take your summer grilling to another level with grilled FRESCHETTA® pizza! All you have to do is pre-heat your gas grill on high for 5 minutes, double layer aluminum foil large enough to cover the bottom of the pizza, put foil and pizza in center of grill and turn to low, and grill 13 to 16 minutes with lid closed (this should take less time than it takes to have a pizza delivered!). Thanks! I grill year round. People think I’m nuts to be out in the snow in the MidWest grilling. LOL. It’s easy to grill pizza, but you have to watch the bottom of the crust more. Just the other day I helped my 7 yr old grill pigs in the blanket.
Kudos for creativity! I grill all year long too! Love to keep as much of the mess out of the kitchen as possible.

Couldn’t you just cook it on a pizza pan or a pizza stone in your grill? After all you’re using it as an oven in this case.
Should be able to. You can buy pizza stones specifically for your grill (I don’t think they are any different than the ones for your oven, though.)
