I was very unhappy with this service. I ordered my May box on May 14th and received it on June 13th, with only two days left to use to gift card. The customer service was responsive; however it seemed like they didn’t read my e-mails and would offer information that I wasn’t even asking for instead of replying to my question. Needless to say, I cancelled my subscription and won’t be back.
Oh no!! I just signed up for the 3 month option and with Collin’s special discount, the total went down from $60 to $51, which sold me on the deal. I hope I have better luck, because I really debated on whether to sign up. Big breath and wait and see…

Awful experience with this company. I hate complaining but I have contacted them several times and it’s just the biggest mess. I never got my first box and was charged for the following month. After two months and 3 phone calls later I had finally got my first box. I used a coupon code to get a free beauty blender and never received it. I saw the may box which was what I thought I was getting. Didn’t get that either. I got a bunch of junk that looked like it came from Dollar General. Called to complain and was told I would get something in the mail. Three weeks later, nothing. I wouldn’t bother. Seems like they don’t have it together, nor do they care.
I was fairly pleased with my two boxes. The first box included the free beauty blender, the second included the $25 BG gift card, which I used to buy my son a pair of Toms. I ended up canceling after that one, though. I do not have any wiggle room in the budget for the next few months. I may consider reactivating it at the end of the year, who knows.
I have had GlossyBox service since the Holiday Box, and I absolutely LOVE the service. You should expect for your monthly box to arrive at the last week or first week of the next month…so my June box should show up at the end of June or first part of July. I have enjoyed every item. The last box was all from Bergdorf Gordman, awesome. I cancelled BirchBox for poor product samples and sample sizes and switched to GB and I am not sorry for it.
I have always wanted to try this one out…I get Birchbox & love it, but sometimes the products are way too tiny. FYI, the promo code works on all subscriptions, including the monthly one (first month only).
