oh, and even though it says it excludes clearance, more times than not, the discount will still apply.
If I buy 4 things in one transaction, can I buy another 4 in a different transaction and still use the cartwheel? Or does it only work once up to 4 items?

Awesome!! Last time they had a One Spot Cartwheel I stocked up on glow sticks for glow bubble baths for my 3 and 6 year old. I turn out the light and they LOVE bath time! Plus glow sticks are awesome to have in summer for the kids anyway! Thanks!!
