Does anybody recommend a good blog on saving money gluten free? I have celiac. I love when Colin posts GF deals here, thank you!!

I don’t know of any blog, but if you have a Trader Joe’s nearby, they’re a fantastic place to get gluten free items at a reasonable price.

I watch all the coupon sites for gf product coupons. You will often see udi’s, rudi’s, schar, etc coupons here and there.
Some times if you just email particular companies asking if they offer coupons if you want to try their brand. They will send some in the mail. So visit their web sites and all they can say is no, I’ve gotten gf coupons this way. A great coupon site for organic products and often gf products is mambo sprouts, they are a good resource. I do alot of trader Joe’s shopping for gluten free items too because many times their items can be less expensive than other stores items even with brand name coupons. If you are going to do a lot of baking people will buy bulk items off Amazon to save money too.

Thanks for replying everyone! Unfortunately my trader joes seems to be super small compared to others and they don’t have a big GF selection. I’m in Tampa FL.

I am wondering the same. My toddler was diagnosed with a wheat/gluten intolerance. Does anyone know if this is a good deal? TIA

On the Gluten free super saver site this deal is from, make sure you get on the mailing list and if you look at the tabs it says gf$blogs it shows you other gluten free blogs and different items they have tried that are gluten free. The 30 dollars is a great price if you intend on using all the products. I use all the products so it is worth it. Good luck

This may be a good deal for this brand. I am gf and have not used them before.
I do recommend for anyone looking for local gluten free organic items as some one else said, trader Joe’s for sure! The gf organic pasta there is very reasonable. Their coconut oil is too.

It’s not a great deal. They say it’s a $45 value, but it only costs $34 to buy the items separately.

It’s good but not great. I’ve found my Aldi’s now has a large organic and gluten free selection very cheap
