Last time i put my referral link here, some Hipster signed up through my link. In my account, there are some people with the status “waiting on approval”. I thought they all made qualified purchase so i can get credit after 20days. But its 1 month already, and I emailed customer service. They said those people on “waiting for approval” list didn’t submit the order completely so i cant get the credit. Its so confusing since i thought waiting for approval means they made qualified purchase already. Does anyone actually get the credit for Toms?
I’ve had the same issue. A friend of mine ordered several shoes through my referral that I never got credit for.
Mine are 35+ days waiting now.
I recommend you guys tweet to them cuz customer service is no help. After they tweet me telling that the purchased not qualified, i emailed back to them asking so its my job to follow all order not Toms. Finally i can get the credit. Hope this help
