i copied and pasted but never got any where to put my sams number in how did you do it
You need to copy and then paste in the address bar on your browser. So if you’re on hip2save right now, your address bar would say something like https://hip2save.com. You would erase that and put in the other address Miss Collin gave and it should take you to the page where you need to fill out your info. Unfortunately, pretty sure they ran out.
Copied & Pasted the address into my browser and it displays the following message on page,
“We’re Sorry!
This sample is no longer available. Please check back later to see if it becomes available.”

I received this email for a free diaper genie. I signed up for it and I got a message saying it will be delivered 4-6 weeks. It has been more than 6 weeks and I still haven’t received it. I want to know where it is. Thank you.

I also ordered one and it going on 8 weeks haven’t received it yet hmmmm.
The startsampling.com website says this:
The delivery time of most samples will take 5-7 weeks. Magazine samples will take 8-10 weeks, as they are shipped directly from the distributor. You can find a list of the samples ordered in your “My Account” pages.
If you have not received a sample within the time frame listed above, please Contact Us with a list of the specific samples you are ‘missing.’
Please note: We are unable to reship samples past 90 days from the order date.

Did anyone get an email confirmation when they requested their sample? I looked on my Start Sampling account and it says I have not requested a sample since 2009 – so I wonder if allot (or most) of the requests did not go through…just a thought.
I didn’t receive any email in regards to this sample.
Okay I finally got an answer!!! I e-mail support@startsampling and this is what they wrote:
I’m sorry to hear that you have not received your Diaper Genie. We will reship one to you, but need additional information to reship the sample.
We need your phone number to provide to UPS for assistance in delivering your shipment to you.
To better serve you, can you please tell me where you received our e-mail address to contact us regarding your shipment?
Once we have all of this information, we will reship the Diaper Genie to you.

Thanks Amy for the info. I just emailed them as well, so hopefully they will reship my sample as well as everyone else that hasn’t received it.
I just emailed Sam ‘s Club, then saw you got a real response from Start sampling, so then emailed them. I wonder if anybody got one at all without contacting them? I wonder if they “reship it” , the wait will be 4-6 weeks again? I will post if I get a response.

My apologies as I couldn’t respond to my comments above. I contacted Start Sampling as well on August 30. I got a message that they’d look into it, haven’t heard back. HOWEVER…….Today UPS pulled up with Diaper Genie IN HAND!!!! So get over there and blow up their inboxs to ensure you get yours!!!!! 🙂
Yay!! Did you get a tracking number? My genie is on it’s last leg and I can’t wait for this one to show up so I can literately toss the broken one to the curb lol. Glad everyone’s finally getting some good news. Now if only we could find some really great refill coupons 😉
No they never responded after the first “we’ll look into it”. I just got it! I’d upload a pic but I don’t see anywhere. Definitely contact Start Sampling since they were the ones sending it!! The shipping label shows tracking, etc but they never told me. I just ran the tracking and it says it’s shipped on 9/3 and I got it yesterday 9/5.

Thank you so much for posting the Start Sampling e-mail!! I sent them an e-mail and I got the same response. KMFX that it comes. I wasn’t sure how to answer the part about how I got their e-mail. I do have a smart sampling account so I said that I got it from there. Hope that was the right answer.

If you haven’t received your free diaper genie from the Start Sampling website/Sam’s Club offer, you should e-mail Start Sampling using their contact us section of their website.
I told them that I received the message that it should arrive and it hasn’t. I gave them all my contact information and my Sam’s Club number. They were quick to respond and told me they would send another one to me. It arrived yesterday. My cousin didn’t get hers either, so after they responded to me, she sent them an e-mail and she got her diaper genie today.

Yes I got this email and was wondering if I should call too. My sisters broke and she needs it asap.
I would say no. We were emailing because we hadn’t heard anything. I presume now that everyone has contacted them, they are unable to fill all the orders. So since they are acknowledging members with this email, I’d say give them a week or so to see if you receive the coupon. At that point if you haven’t, I’d then contact them and let them know that you received the email and wanted to know a time frame on receiving the coupon. Keep in mind UPSP First Class Mail can take up to 30 days. Also keep in mind, it’s a freebie, so those whom received it, be thankful, and those who haven’t, give them a little more time to get the coupons out and if you don’t get one, you don’t get one. Try again another time and be thankful you got the option to possibly have received one! Freebies aren’t guaranteed and they are trying to rectify it with everyone it seems! 🙂 Good luck ladies!!

EBay, Craigslist, Listia, etc….so sad! And those of us who can put samples and freebies to use, loose out because of greed. But karma will catch up! One company just posted today that they are aware of people selling their samples/freebies and it states right in most policies that they cannot be resold! Sadly, it’ll end up with companies completely stopping freebies, coupons, samples, etc altogether 🙁

Not only did I get the Genie from them in September, but I received the coupon yesterday too!! So they are sending them!!!
Yay! I also received one and got the coupon. Just sad they are ending up on EBay.
That’s what ticks me off!! People who really need the help get stuff like this for a money maker. My baby girl is due the beginning of January and I have a little house so I won’t need two Genies. But I’m using the coupon to pick another up and giving it to a girl I know who’s having a little boy next month and sadly, can’t afford anything. And if I didn’t have someone to give it to, I’d get it and put it up until I did or donate it. I wish there was a way to flag people through companies so they couldn’t pull that crap 🙁 Not to mention, isn’t it illegal to sell or trade a coupon?? And EBay doesn’t stop it!! Listia finally did the other day!!! 🙂
