I was not able to check out from mobile. You want wanna try from desktop. And click the box, then checkout button is available at the bottom
I lost everything in my cart bc I couldn’t check out from mobile and now nothing is available!!! And I had everything on the list!!! Grrrrr!!!!! Never again!!!
Yep just wasted half hr trying to do it from phone. Neever again.
Here’s how I fixed not being able to checkout from mobile. Not sure if this will work for anyone else. I have an iPhone and it didn’t give me an option to checkout once I had items in my cart. I turned my phone to landscape view and it showed up at the bottom.
I turned my phone too and the button was there 🙂

i had items in my box. then i tried to add another and all my items are gone! I guess I won’t get any samples this time. Ugh, their page always has problems.

I had lots of problems getting pages to load but I finally did get 4 products, yay!
Did anyone who ordered a box in June receive theirs? I haven’t gotten mine yet, wondering if that’s normal.
I haven’t gotten mine yet. It’s not normal. Normally it takes about two weeks.
I got an email that there was a delay in the June boxes going out.

Mine was slow logging in, adding products, and trying to checkout. But I was able to get 5 products. I’ve never gotten that many at one time before!
finally got through after trying for almost an hour. got 6 things. could have gotten 7 but it kept locking on me and my time was running out so I figured I needed to place my order before it did it again. I’m happy.

Great stuff if you feel like wasting an hour of your time! I got my items and got stuck on the address validation screen. I’m in a metropolitan area, even tried the address as it is on my credit card bill and it still couldn’t validate it! Seriously? How long have they been doing this and their site doesn’t work properly?
I had the same problem with address verification. Sent an email but I have no expectations of getting anything now.
Got some what I wanted to try was gone but I love there boxes. Got the hair stuff and coffee and nail polish. IV gotten 3 nail polish from different boxes if this keeps up I won’t need to buy nail polish for a long time lol.
I got the nail polish and the garnier shampoo and conditioner. Loved the dove shampoo and conditioner they had last time! Thanks for the reminder, Colin!
It said if you claim any Garnier sample you automatically receive all 3?! Does that mean that I will receive all of the Garnier products? If so I’m a happy girl 🙂
I saw the same thing….I hope we get all 3…Can anyone confirm if what we saw is right? Do you get all 3 Garnier samples if you only claim one?
I saw that too! I even tried putting all three of the garnier in my box but it told me I can only choose one. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see if it’s true.

Hey Collin thanks for the heads up, but there’s a tiny error. EST isn’t in effect now, so it’s Noon EDT, which makes it 3 hours difference to MST – 9 am MST
EST to PST is 3 hours difference, EST to MST is 2 hours difference. Post is correct.
I meant 9am MDT.
It’s currently, EDT (eastern daylight time), not (eastern standard time) EST.
Noon EDT is 10 MDT, isnt’t it? It is still 2 hours difference. Maybe the post should replace EST and MST with EDT and MDT for bigger precision but otherwise the times look correct.
Actually it makes it 3 hours..I’m in contact with both time zones a lot..when eastern time changes by 1 hour so does mountain time..I got samples today at 9 am MDT which is noon EDT..if I logged in at 10 I would be way late.
I’m going to have to pass on this one. Took over an hour to login through multiple refresh & bad gateway messages, 3 samples left and now it won’t validate my address. Maybe next time it will be easier?

How were people getting 7 samples? I was only allowed 2??? What did I do wrong?
I think it might depend on how many points you have and how many times you have ordered boxes and filled out surveys and reviews. The first time I did it (May) I was only allowed 2 items. This month I was allowed 7.
I did it last time and did the reviews. Still only allowed 2. Hmm. 😕

I’m a little disappointed. This is my first time with PINCHme. I didn’t think the options were that great. No one in my family drinks coffee, I hate Garnier, and that brand of nail polish is AWFUL! One dip in the dish water and it starts peeling off. I thought the sample options were going to be catered to me – that’s why I spent so much time filling out the profile. Guess my expectations were a little too high.
I couldn’t get on earlier but I just got three samples now. Garnier oil, gevalia and nail polish.
I just wanted the Tom’s because I am fighting breast cancer and it is recommended by my oncologist. I am not working so can’t afford it. I have a gofundme page but it is not going well. Anything free is a blessing for my family right now.
