Watermelon Feta Salad
Salads don’t have to be veggies only. 🥗
If you’re a fan of watermelon, try adding some to a salad! The sweet flavor of watermelon combined with salty feta cheese and tangy balsamic dressing makes for a delicious summer salad.
This sweet and savory salad is not only delicious, but it will look absolutely beautiful on the table at your next cookout. It’s so easy to make, but it’s special enough for company, too. It would make a great side dish for any lunch, dinner, or even brunch!
Not a fan of feta? No biggie! Try swapping out the feta cheese for mozzarella instead to still get the creamy and mildly salty bites mixed within the salad.
Another interesting idea is to grill the watermelon before tossing it in the salad. The high heat will add a smokey caramelization to the sweet fruit. Not to mention, the grill lines add even more visual appeal to the dish!
Watermelon Feta Salad

Easy salad recipe bursting with flavors from the refreshing watermelon, salty feta, and tangy balsamic dressing.
Ingredients
- 2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 5 oz spring salad mix
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 of one red onion, chopped
- 1/2 of one cucumber, chopped
- 3 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
- Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. It's that easy, and you can easily double or triple this salad recipe.

Drizzle with the desired amount of your favorite balsamic dressing. You can also make your own vinaigrette by combining 1 part olive oil, 1 part balsamic vinegar, a splash of lemon juice, and salt & pepper to taste.

Toss gently and serve cold. Enjoy!
