Also, this tent doesn’t have a separate rain fly. It may be why people said the tent leaks. I have a regular 6-person Ozark Trail tent I bought at Walmart at least 5 years ago (with a rain fly) which hasn’t had any problems. My tent isn’t an instant tent, but I prefer to have a rain fly.
