Does anyone have any input on the Baby Genius DVD & CD collection? Is it a good buy? I will have a baby very soon. Thanks in advance! ๐
I bought these over the weekend and was excited to try them….but warning- when you spray them on, it gets all over the floor/walls/ everywhere!! I guess I will have to apply it outside from now on lol
Thanks Nikki! I also have a new puppy so watch out for puppy and kitten eyes!
I really like the my baby can read ones.. They might be a bit outdated but my baby loves them, he is 8 months and he can recognize up to 6 words in flash cards. It’s a lot cheaper too
Thanks Jessy! Flash cards are a great idea! ๐
I have bought several of the spray lotions and they sound weird. One sounded like a screaming banshee and another sounded like a dying cat
I think know for the st. Ives lotion there is a $3 coupon on redplum.com
At cvs can you use a bogo AND a 2/1 for at least 1 item?
If you do the deal with the Bogo coupon at Wags or CVS, it will only take off for the 50% item($3.65). It’s always equal or lesser value item on a Bogo(worked retail management for 13 yrs.)
Did this deal with a friend at 2 different CVS( as they didn’t have 8 bottles) and surely they took off the 7.99 not the 50% off price. YMWV.
The manager checked me out and he took off $7.99 for each bottle (I bought 4) at CVS.
Mine would not take the 4th coupon. I tried to use 2 $2 coupons and 2 bogo coupons as I did buy 4 items. I called CS but they came up with excuses . Didn’t work for me.
That’s because you were trying to use too many coupons? You use the BOGO ones /or/ the $2 off ones. You seriously called customer service over that?
Sometimes the register allows a cents off in combination of a BOGO. But many BOGOs are now coded to attach to BOTH items. So using a cents off is a YMMV. Some cashiers may push it through, others do not. I use my BOGOs first so I get the max value off, then try the cents off. If they work, great. If not, I don’t bother.
What I meant was if the cents off doesn’t work, I still proceed with my transaction, just don’t bother with the $/1 coupons. I figure my deals with and without the cents off coupons, so I know ahead how much my OOP will be, and add in a few ECBs to cover the cents off if they don’t work.
I believe BoGO coupons and two 2$/1 can be combined since CVS allows coupon for free items
Here is the deal that I just did at CVS in Florida.
1st St Ives Lotion Spray $7.79
2nd St Ives Lotion Spray $3.89 (BOGO 50%)
Total = $11.68
Coupons Used:
1 $3.00 off of $10.00 St. Ives Product (-$3.00)
1 BOGO (-7.79)
$11.68 – $3.00 – $7.79 = $0.89
I paid $0.89 and sales tax for 2 bottles.
