Maybe I am mistaken, but shouldn’t these products HAVE the alcohol to make them truly effective? I thought I read an article a while back they should have at least 60% in them
Yes, 60% is what is needed to kill germs. Anything less isn’t enough and anything more dries before it can work.

I got the BabyGanics Healin’ Groovy™ Non-Petroleum Protective Ointment for $1.57 shipped. I am allergic to a lot of preservatives (including phenoxyethanol, which they use in some products) so I end up using Aquaphor a lot. This might be a nice alternative to try for myself and my kids. Thanks!
Wow! is that a common allergy? I’m allergic to Phenoxyethanol too. SOOOOOO obnoxious cause it’s in TONS of stuff. Terrible break outs. I totally feel for you.

I was having trouble but found that doing “quick info” and then find a store worked the best. It loaded the store options 90% of the time.

Well I was late to the game but at least I got a pack of newborn diapers for my organic-loving sister for her baby shower. I really didn’t want that size but I am hoping once I get them I can just exchange in store for a size 1 or 2.
