Not sure about this offer but normally the points you get back on any order usually are valid for a year. The surprise points usually expire in 1 week.

From the item itself you automatically get 100 points for buying… plust the Friends and Family adds another 100.

I have never been able to use my sywr points! I don’t know what happened but the card number and the account number online DO NOT MATCH. I had contacted their CS email about it and didn’t ever get a response. It totally turned me away from even shopping at kmart/sears for these “deals” anymore.
Call them – Every time I have they’ve helped me very easily.
you can print out a temporary card and pin from your online account, use that! stores dont even give out cards anymore, they just use your phone number or email. Also you might want to try calling, the customer service reps have been surprisingly helpful to me.
