I do not have Ralph’s but I do have a Kroger. It allowed me to add it to my Kroger card. Wonder if it will work?
The $5 off coupons both say “Available ONLY at Ralphs” when added to your card. The free pie coupon does not. I hope the free pie one works, but I know in the past that if it says a specific store it will not work at other Kroger affiliates even though you can load it to your card.
I went to Kroger today and tried it out. The coupon did not come off. 🙁

My Ralph’s was out of pies on display, so I asked a person behind the bakery if they had more, and they brought one out from the back, so always ask if you can’t find it.
I have tried and tried to get this to work but can’t seem to get it. I’m trying from my phone so I might have to wait til I get home boo because Ralphs is on my way home.
I got home and it worked fine on my computer, I’m going shopping tomorrow. Thanks Collin. You are the best.
