Staples should ask you to sign into your rewards account during the checkout process. That’s how you get your free shipping. If you aren’t logged into that it won’t activate it.

do all members get free shipping all the time? I just signed up and went to check out and entered my rewards number and it still shows 9.95 shipping. I then entered my credit card info and the shipping isn’t going away. I am afraid to hit submit.
ok, figured it out. I just hit the shopping cart again and it refreshed and removed shipping. Still would like to know if shipping is free all the time.

Not that great of a deal when you consider that 1: it’s Scott’s brand and not very absorbent (found myself using twice as many to compensate) and 2: it works out to be a penny a sheet since there are only 68 sheets per roll. If you consider Brawny Pick-a-size with Subscribe and save, you get a much better quality paper towel and $1 a roll, for 114 sheets (less than a penny a sheet). Nicole, how are you getting that? The product you mentioned comes up at $1.18 per roll for me with subscribe & save. With 114 sheets, it’s still a penny per sheet basically…
