I love these deals, but I have to say they have the WORST customer service…. I went to exchange an online order there, and the item was brand new still had tags and crease marks from them being folded/packaged, and they refused to do an exchange without my receipt! I live 50 minutes away from the nearest Children’s place and it was clearly a recent item too!!! I was livid! Also both times I’ve contacted them by phone I’ve waited on hold for over 20 minutes!! And after all that, they told me they can’t take orders over the phone ( I called cause there website was having issues) I was so upset, they should state that in there voicemail or on there website before people get stuck on hold forever! Again these are all separate occasions!! Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who ever has to make an exchange!

Be careful if you remove the side tag from the shorts. My daughter complained it was bithering her and when I went to take it out it ripped out the seam. Very low quality.
