I own one of these whiI got for 7.99 last year. It is the worst lunch box I ever owned. Leaks like crazy and iss useless without the strap. Just my opinion.

You are right….I ordered one from groupon….received the box yesterday, I was so disappointed….as u mentioned it doesn’t work without straps, also the lids are not microwave or dishwasher proof…..planning to return it.

I second the pottery barn kids bento box. It has survived 2 yes if daily lunches and still going strong. Compartment sizes are perfect and the visual of the boxes remind me to always pack a veggie, fruit, and snack. Not to mention all the ziploc baggies that are saved.

Jen – I love the Camelbak water bottles. They don’t leak and I place them in my dishwasher. I usually fill them with water, but I’ve also filled them with juice and milk and have had no problems.
We love the stainless Thermos brand with a straw. They keep water cold for 12+ hours and don’t leak. If she were to hold it upside down while opened it would leak but it doesn’t leak while closed. We bought ours at Target.
what Kim said. GREAT waterbottle. pricey but worth it. I think with the water being kept cold the kids drink more too.

Just ordered one, i don’t know why people say they are not microwave safe? It states it is microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe. Only the divider can’t go in microwave which is simple enough to remove
