I can’t get my saving star to work. I have bought a few things and still have not got money back.
Just contact the customer service. I tried it for the first time last week. It didn’t work either. The receipt was not accepted for the reason that I didn’t make a required purchase. However I definitely did! I sent the msg and got a reply in about three days telling me that the money has been credited to my account while they are trying to find out the reason. They are nice!
It could also just be taking awhile to credit. I find that when I just use my shoppers card and let them detect it, it can take from 1-2 days (at Rite Aid) to 3 weeks (Kroger) to show up.
