Make sure the items are Sold by kmart or sears – otherwise they won’t qualify for free shipping. Also how long ago did you sign up? Sometimes it takes up to 24hrs after signing up for the free shipping to reflect on your account

I can’t imagine how my Kmart would handle store pickup on clothes. That store is such a mess… I can only assume they would cancel a lot of it because of missing items or something
My store just installed new holders in the front to hold store pickup orders..it use to take 30 minutes (they would have to walk all the way to the back) just to retrieve store pickup orders..now they have “lockers” that hold them right next to customer service..whoohoo!
I had 10,000 in surprise points don’t know what I did to get them but yah!
