So far I just received my first this month and I love it . You do have the chance to score so great deals for being a maven , like fresh new colors that are coming out , new products , etc at great prices . So far so good 🙂

I signed up for this deal awhile back and trying to cancel it was a NIGHTMARE! It is not as simple as calling the phone number….especially around the time that 24th of the month. I kept getting a voicemail that told me to leave my name and number and they would “get back to me”…they didn’t. Long story short – I had to keep calling into the NEXT month to get my order canceled by a live person. While the colors ARE pretty, I don’t think that they hold up very well and that’s why I wanted to stop getting the shipments. For the money, I’d rather get Essie.
I had the same problem also. The voice mail is annoying, I left my info. to cancel, I can’t wait to see what happens.

I LOVE and look forward to my Julep boxes. Been a member for about 4 months. Not every product is for me, but it’s given me the chance to try out and love new things I’d have never purchased otherwise. Plus I’m a high-end nail polish junkie, and can’t get enough.
I loved the product(even though it was a little higher priced) but had to cancel when bills came up. Cancelling took me three months and they still refuse to take my credit card info off of their website. I’ve reported them to the BBB and am still trying to get refunded for the last 2 boxes that I sent back unopened.

I love the colors and consistency of the polishes but the bottles are so small. My last box had 2 bottles and a lip crayon. Not really worth $25 to me.
I have been a member of the Julep Maven program for almost 3 years now, I first found it through a link posted on this site actually! I love it, so I am biased, but I love the fact that I get a different box every month that I can customize, I can choose colors and products that work for me, and especially products that I probably wouldn’t buy on my own but now can’t live without. I started because I love nail polish, but some of my favorite products have been the beauty products, like the cleansing oil and the gel eyeliner pens that are the best eyeliners I have EVER found. If you aren’t really into beauty products or nail polishes, or you don’t usually purchase more high end products and are used to drugstore and are happy with that, you might not get into this, but the value really is a good one for me. As for the customer service issues, they have been very open about the issues recently, over the summer they were going through an expansion process and the shipping got delayed, and the customer service was the worst I had ever seen from them. They used to be the best company I had ever dealt with, then for the last 3-4 months they were out of control. They have issued apologies, and I believe they have fixed the problems. At least, on my end, they have. They issued a full refund for a month that was overly delayed, and have gone above and beyond to make up for the problems. I think they were going through growing pains, but if you haven’t gotten help from customer service yet, I would encourage you to contact them again, do not leave a message but keep calling. I think this is a phenomenal company! Thanks Collin for introducing me to Julep!!
I was able to get this deal and recieved my box today. I was also able to cancel in less than 5 minutes. So, if this deal hasn’t expired, which I think it hasn’t, I would strongly suggest you get it!
MD, How did you cancel? Especially so easily please? Seems as if a lot of us have had difficulty in that area.
