The ones we have at the house look just like it but they are horrible. Everyone who tries to sit in them ends up on the ground. They are very complicated, they rust very easy and the fabric is not strong.
i have two from Kohls and I absolutely love them….you can’t sit down ploppity fast, you have to ease yourself into it for safety, but once you are in, they are awesome and comfy

I bought one of these for my husband in June, when Collin posted an amazon deal. He absolutely loves it! He only uses it indoors, so it’s not likely to rust or rot or anything like that. It folds up compactly for storage. It’s his favorite tv chair. The brand I bought was Caravan.
