I just placed two orders and the freebie was not on my invoice. I was advised to call back in an hours so the order will show up in their system. From there they will add it.

Has anyone used the extra virgin coconut oil from here? They have the 16 oz. jars buy 1 get 2 free. Is this a good deal? I’m expecting my first baby in January and I’ve had several people recommend it for diaper cream and for nipple cream while nursing. Any input?
No matter where you get ‘extra virgin’ oils from they will all be pretty close to the same thing because its a standard the oils have to meet to be called that. I would highly recommend it for your baby. Its natural and great for their skin. I use it as conditioner moisturuzer lotion everything! It does look like a good deal

I had the same problem even after closing out the window and seeing that my items were still in the cart. It froze every time with my credit card until I decided to pay with paypal and then it went thru. Hope that helps!

I just got off the phone with Jennifer @ Puritan Pride. She advised that coupon code JOINTPP expired in June 2014 and that it was not valid. She advised that this coupon code was on retailmenot which is an affiliate website and that they have no knowledge of this offer as it has expired and therefore not valid. I did advise her that when I did put this coupon code at checkout it stated that this was a free product offer and there was a red banner stating this on top of the page and that it expired on 9/19. She is telling me that they have to wait for the order to cross over to another system tomorrow to see if the free item is there if not they would still give me free joint soother but it would not be a one month supply. Now I have to follow up tomorrow. This is too much work for a free bottle.
The banner that you are showing for FREEBIE FRIDAY did it come from Puritan Pride’s website? If not what affiliate site did it come from? Jennifer @ Puritan Pride could not locate any banner stating this. I don’t think I want to put so much energy into this for a free bottle. I think I’m going to cut my losses and move on to the next deal.
I just got off the phone with Andy @ Puritan Pride. He was able to locate the banner on their website with a different search engine plus he spoke with his Supervisor. Apparently other customers have called about the same issue. They will need to confirm with the Marketing Department to verify if this promotion is valid and if they can honor it. It will take a few business days. They are aware of the situation. He did offer me an alternative for a joint kit valued at $47 for $12.99 it comes with Tumeric, MSM cream, Fish Oil, & something else to try to make it right. This is only being offered over the phone. So folks we are at a stand still. That don’t change my membership status. I have been a customer for years and love the prices!
I did the order for the joint supplement. The free promo code I used was on their banner on their own website and it added the product to my cart for free.

I was a little nervous because I didn’t see the free coconut lotion in my order history or in the email order confirmation BUT I just got a shipping confirmation and it says that the lotion shipped!
