I just got an e-mail to claim a facial sponge, and the I logged into my account. They were already out of stock. ;(
Same here. Before I even saw this post, I went on at noon to see if I had samples available and two things offered were sold out AT NOON already. Frustrating, but overall I still love PinchMe for the cool stuff usually can get 🙂
Did you click on the “Claim Now” link in your e-mail? When I logged into the PINCHme page it showed everything was out of stock, but then went back and checked my e-mail, by clicking the claim now link I was able to add the EcoTools Facial Sponge to my box.
Yep I did and its still out of stock so sad I really wanted this one oh well maybe next time.

I got Puffins – although I also had the option to choose the eco tool for sensitive skin. Their How does it work is not that explanatory…do you get the opportunity for more samples in your box the more you do it?

I got an email at 11:13 am CST to claim an Eco Tools facial sponge sample. Logged into my account at 11:15 am CST and they were out of stock…what a joke. Will not even try to get samples from this company anymore.

Me too. I have sensitive skin yet flaky skin. I needed a non-rough sponge.

Off topic, but why was the posting about the Free The Honest Kitchen Dog & Cat Samples removed? Was it not a legit offer? Because I finally managed to get through & got a confirmation email from them. Hope it still comes because I’ve really been wanting to try their cat food but didn’t want to buy a whole box in case my cats hate it, so I was excited to see this offer.
Sorry about that! The company emailed me and asked that the post be removed. I am also hoping that the existing sample orders are fulfilled.
Thanks for responding! Really hope they honor the ones that went through & we got email confirmations for. I’m not quite ready to completely go raw for my boys yet, so this seemed like a great alternative:)

FYI, these samples actually go live before noon, at 11:58-11:59. While you’re refreshing the page straight at noon, many of us have already pressed the checkout button.
That explains a lot. I never actually got an email from pinch me, but I had set a reminder on my phone to log in, so I logged in a couple minutes before 12 and was able to choose one of 2 samples.

I logged in a few minutes early myself to make sure I didn’t have any survey’s to complete about my previous boxes. sometimes that prevents one from accessing the new sample offers. There was one sample for Garnier, but it was Sold Out. I was really looking forward to the EcoTools. I refreshed a few times, but nothing new showed up. About an hr later, I was checking my email and there was one from pinchme. It said something about to save me time, that there weren’t any samples targeted for me today!
OK, that’s great they sent an email, but why not send it BEFORE the sample offers go live?

I got an email that my account was locked because I didn’t complete surveys–I did complete them, but I had to mark that I didn’t try the sample on every survey because my box never came. I moved and my mail should have been forwarded, but I haven’t received a single item that was sent to my old address. 🙁 And my last box was going to be awesome–I was able to get 7 items! I hope the person who moved in after me enjoyed the surprises that came in the mail. lol. I’m just glad it wasn’t something I paid for!

Do people in different areas get different offers? I’m in southern California and on my PinchMe page I only had the option of getting the Puffins cereal or the eco tools. I saw nothing about coffee or markers?
I’m in so cal too, signed in at 9 am and was offered an ecotools, five second later all out of stock. I also got an offer later for garnier but it was out of stock too.
I added the coffee to my box. Now what? I have a screen that says don’t wait too long your box may expire. I don’t know what to do next. Help, please.
Pinch me is a joke. They are now sending out emails to select members but for most people who got the emails nothing was available! So why even send out the emails then? Geeze.
Darn. I’ve really wanting to try out the konjac sponge, too! Better luck next time, I suppose.
