   “Submit and Continue” button doesn’t work after entering address. 🙁

  It just worked for me! Be sure that you have checked a prefix (i.e. Mr, Mrs. or Ms.) when filling out your address as I did have to go back and do this.

  If you are still having issues, you may want to check a different browser.
