I just purchased $27 worth yesterday, I’m guessing I can’t just bring my receipt in and have them give me the super cash? Anyone had this happen to them?

I was excited, until I got to the info on redeeming the super cash. You’ve got to spend another $30 to “save” that $20 you earned.
Yeah I spent $80 last week and got $30 in “super cash” but i have to spend more to redeem. I think this is their marketing ploy to get people to come in for early Christmas shopping.
So if I’m doing my math correctly, I would end up getting $75 worth of Old Navy quality clothing for $55…Does not sound like a good deal to this cheapskate momma.

Just clarifying, even though it says spent, they give u super cash based on pre coupons total? How about if u use rewards for payment; does it affect anything?

Old navy’s clothes are not great quality either. Bought a dress there this summer and when i was pulling it out of the washing machine, my thumb went through the material. Contacted corporate about how disappointed I was and they said that it was because it was wet and that is what this material does when wet…. So I’m not supposed to wash my clothes? I have plenty of other clothes in the same material and they never rip when I pull them out of the washing machine. Old Navy makes poor quality clothes! Only time I see anything worth getting there is if they have super cheap kid’s play clothes that you don’t care too much about.

I’m a little confused on the Old Navy cash. I received $50 Super cash, but on their site it says for redeeming a $10 you must spend $25, but then says if you received a $20 or $30 that you don’t have to spend a certain amount. I’m guessing it’s the same for the $50? So I can just spend $50 and use it, right? I did notice it said I couldn’t use it on Everyday Steals and Hot Deals. What a bummer! I hope I can at least use it on clearance. The good thing is I didn’t purchase just for the Old Navy cash, but figured it works well it would be an extra bonus. Thanks for any help!
Can you use multiple supercash in one transaction? For example, if I have $60 in super cash, can I purchase $150 worth of merchandise and use the whole $60?
