I’ve heard some cancellation horror stories… Has it gotten any better? Anyone have an experience to share before I join?
I called and cancelled last week. It was very easy, and I received an email confirmation of the cancellation the next day.
This company has an “F” rating with the BBB. I am going to cancel this week. Hope the cancellation process is not as bad as what it seems to be as posted on many websites on the internet. I didn’t realize that this company was regarded so badly until after I ordered the Halloween kit.
They have recently been working on their customer service, and it’s supposed to be light years ahead of what it was. Definitely worth it for $3.
I got this last time, and posted it and I had no problem cancelling it was done that easy and confirmation was sent that day well worth the money
When I called to cancel my subscription, they asked quite a few times why I was canceling and tried to get me to not cancel, but I just kept telling them I didn’t not want the service anymore until they finally gave in. After they did cancel, I got an email confirmation right away. To me, the Julep Maven program is overrated and not worth it. The nail polishes are just okay…not anything amazing and definitely NOT worth $25 a month!
I got mine love it. Used the purple on bottom and the gold on top nail polish looks really halloween. Eye liner is good quality and I was just running out. sow $2.99 best deal ever for the 4 items. and I already called and cancelled over the phone no problem. Thanks
Canceling is super easy! Took me about 5 minutes to get the whole thing cancelled. Definitely worth it for only $3.
