Is anyone else having trouble signing in so they can load the coupon?

    • Cassie

No, it let me log right in….took two seconds to add it to my card 🙁 Hopefully you can get it working!!

      • leeann

Call the customer service and they can get it fixed for you.

    • Janet

I couldn’t load the q using Colin’s link but going to their page on my own I was able to load the q. Hth!

I’ve had trouble for weeks, and just called customer service. They told me to press
“sign out” on the home page, and then start again pressing “sign in.” Son of a gun,
      it worked!

      • Andrea

I could kiss you!!!! I’ve been trying since last week, missed that coupon, and foolishly didn’t think to call them (thought it was just my notebook being ornery, lol) Anyway, your trick worked and got my coupon this week! Thanks so much!

        • Dara

Glad to hear it worked for you, too! I love that we can help each other
out here on Collin’s site. Enjoy your crackers!

      • Janet

Thank you! I’ve been unable to sign in for weeks now. This tip worked!

      • Evie

        Thanks Dara!!

Kroger has been terrible about keeping the free Friday items in stock lately. I finally got the Three Musketeers from about three weeks ago yesterday!

I’m beginning to think it’s a ploy to get us in the stores without actually having to give anything away! I really dislike the way Kroger runs their company, but they keep sending me store coupons for staples meat, eggs and organic products. Who can resist?!

      • shopper

They mail coupons based on what you buy, which is linked to your store card – I’ve had free cases of water, peanut butter etc from the mailed coupons, in addition to the Freebie Friday ones.

I just went to customer service desk and asked for substitute. I picked twix instead which is my favorite. Also I bought the dove shampoo but the $3.75 e-coupon wouldn’t come off. The service desk override that for me too. In the past I have asked about out of stock items w/ free e-coupon they were gladly to substitute and override them.

I haven’t been able to log into my kroger account online for weeks now. Sometimes it says they are experiencing technical difficulties? Is it their website, or my computer, or what? I’m so confused. I emailed them and it said that they saw I was able to to log in so it was fixed, but that was not the case, and it said not to reply to the email they sent

    • Andrea

      Danielle, see Dara’s trick above ^ 🙂

  5. Stephanie

I have been very pleased with their free coupons. They are easy to load and my store has always had them in stock

  6. Noel

The Triscuit Thin Crisps are my favorite! This is awesome. Yeah! :]

  7. MM

Picked mine up already plus I got potatoes from a couple weeks ago. I love free Friday deals 🙂
