This may be a strange question. I’m average height (about 5’6″) but apparently I have a small ribcage (and small chest in general). I’m trying to find a form skimming cropped cardigan to wear over a fit and flare dress. I just tried on size ‘small’ at Forever21 and ‘xs’ at H&M and both were baggy. Do you think a size 14 from Children’s Place would fit? I’m guessing the arms will be a bit short but I don’t mind pulling it up to 3/4 length if that’s the only issue.
I am 5’2 and I wear size 14 and 16 girls (i’m shortwaisted) clothes all the time. I would try at 16 or 18 if they have it.

My daughter used to do that too in kindergarten, she was the only kid in class that wasn’t allowed to use scissors since the teacher would always find her cutting her socks, leggings, skirts, shirts… pretty much anything she wasn’t supposed to cut.
