I clicked on the Free shipping multiple times (and a window popped up saying your items will ship free) and yet the 7.00 shipping would not come off my total. I was hoping once I hit place order it would reflect the free shipping but it didn’t. I called Old Navy and the gentlemen took off the shipping charges.
It probably has something to do with the cache, cookies, or popups being disabled on your computer. It worked just fine for me. I could choose 7-9 day shipping or 2 day shipping, both for free. The option between them did cost.

Looks like it is only taking 30% off of some things. In my cart, it did not come off of jeans, uniform clothes or a book bag. It says “restrictions apply.” Just a heads up to watch for that. I did find some great deals on a couple other things though.
Yup, I noticed this too. I added a Mens vest to my cart, and the 30% didn’t come off. The vest isn’t apart of the restrictions either. But it took off for the infant mittens and hat I added.
