When logged in at KFR, I get this message on the Coupons tab: Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request.
When I log out, I can see the coupon (and other Kellogg’s coupons), but they say to log in to print. When I log in, I get the above message on the Coupons tab. Frustrating!

I too am having a problem with the coupons
Too add to the list of problems you all are having, the borders of my page is coming up in Chinese!
I’ve also been occasionally getting the same “Chinese” writing on the Coke Rewards [MCR] site.
Maybe it’s a “trick” instead of a “treat” 🙂 Texting the code does not work either.
Amber … I haven’t text this new code yet, but I text in another code from Collin’s list I thought I missed and I still haven’t received an answer/reply. So, I definitely think they are experiencing some sort of problems across the board.
Entered code with no issues and printed coupon also. Yes site appeared slow but eventually everything worked.

I think if these are from product packages, they’ll be duplicates (if you entered them) and unusable by others. They are different than the special codes that are multi-use codes for many people to enter the same one. Thanks, though!
