WooHoo! Amazon.com is hosting another round of Holiday Toy List Lightning Deals and offering up some great deals on popular games, toys and more. These “Lightning Deals” can be found here (scroll down) and go live at different times throughout the day allowing you to save BIG on lots of fun items!
Even sweeter, Prime members get a 30-minute early access to select Amazon Lightning Deals. If you see something that you like, be sure you snatch it up right away as there are only a limited number of Lightning Deals available and they tend to expire quickly.

The only way I can access the deals are by clicking “deals”, then “lightening deals”, then filter results by “toys and games”.

Yeah it just brings up the holiday toy list and there’s no option or button for a specific lightning deal.
I can get there from desktop–maybe a mobile issue?
I am wondering when you click on an upcoming deal, is the price shown going to go even lower once that lightening deal goes live? I’m looking ahead at the 56 piece bristle blocks, they are already down to 13 bucks (were 17). So they will go even lower when the deal goes live? Sorry, this is probably a dumb question–my distracted brain is not 100% in the shopping game today . . .
I was curious on this, too, so I just watched the latest deal go live…yep, the price gets lower @ the appointed time. 🙂
I got the Melissa & Doug blocks, they were originally $19.99 but listed at $16.69 before the deal, then dropped down to $11.99, so I would think they all do drop further!

Also–how long can I keep in my cart at lightening price? I have a deal there but haven’t spent to 35 for free shipping yet . . .
There is a time limit that the deal ends, but all of the deals this morning have been selling out so if you just have it in your cart I would guess that does not guarantee you one. I think the purchase has to be completed before the deal ends or the product sells out…again this is just my guess.
