I got $50 WYB $299+ at Sears and a $10 WYB $50+. Thanks for letting us know but I’m pretty much done with both Sears and Kmart. After they didn’t honor the bonus point deal on the kids headphones even after I called their corporate office, I returned the merchandise and don’t plan to shop at either store anymore.
I had the same issue! I was supposed to get $40 back on a lawn mower purchase. I called three times and each time they assured me the points would be put in my account. Never happened, so I’m done giving them my business.
Tell them to put in right away so you can go by a TV…maybe they will hurry up and fix it.

You don’t need to wait for the email.If your going to get anything it will already be under your surprise points.I got my $5 before the email ever came.If theres no free surprise points in your account you won’t get the email.

Ha, Ha to me – I got a whole $4 in surprise points for K-Mart. There isn’t one near me & I can’t remember the last time I ever went – maybe 20-25 yrs ago? That was a Good laugh – maybe a Sears one will be forthcoming. I agree with some of the others, that it sucks not including Land’s End – I like their clothing.

You need to give them your SYW account number then they will see how much you have in points. You can print a copy from their site.
You have to give them your pin number to redeem over a certain amount of points if you don’t have your card. They can look up your syw # via your phone #. You can look up and change your pin online to something easy to remember.

Thanks for sharing! I recieved $10 in bonus syw points a few weeks ago and used them for some christmas ornaments online and it was a HUGE process. It got messed up about 5 times and I gave up dealing with it. Ended up with 2 orders bc the first one didnt deduct my points so when I called to fix it everyone kept telling me different things. Finally they ordered with my points and said they cancelled the other order. Got 2 more emails saying they cancelled the first order. I ended up with 2 sets and having paid for one. Oh well. No more bothering with this for me. Not worth it, in my opinion.

I’m confused. I got an email saying thanks for entering, but it doesn’t say how much if I won? Would it have said? Just congrats for entering….
Also, I went to kmart 2 days ago to use some points expiring and even though my account showed I had $5 (I logged in and it WAS there!) the cashier said I did not have any points! I never had this issue, so now I’m worried it will happen agsin! Has this ever happened to anyone?

If I have a 10,000 points when you spend $50, can I use those points on that transaction as long as I hit the $50 threshold? I also have a $10 in points wys $35. Can I use both coupons at same time? Haven’t done this before.

I think, You’ll get the 10,000 pts back, can’t use it on the same transaction. You can’t combine those 2 coupons 🙁

Sunday they had a 40% off clothing code online and I placed one order and then came back to do another and the code was still listed, but it kept giving me an error message. I did the online help chat with one Sears rep and he was no help then got another guy and he said he would report the error to their IT dept and to keep trying. Well it then locked up my account and said I had to call their 1800 number. I got transferred 3 times and spent over 1 hour on the phone only to find out that if their website has an error their is nothing they can do. That is the 2nd time I have not been able to use a promotion they had online. It clearly stated it expired Nov 1, but the 1800 number told me that they pull promotions after a certain number of people use it. I don’t feel that’s fair if it doesn’t tell you up front.
