Avoid like the plague. I ordered this last time. Waited a month after numerous phone calls, still couldn’t find my TV!!!! I disputed them with my CC company. Never did get a call that they had this. They can pick whomever they choose for delivery and it was this company called Locomotive. It was promised to be delivered to my house in 5 days. I waited 28 days. Would never use them or recommend them again.
Just ordered using the previous $125 promo e-card that also was included last time in offer. And will get another $125 promo e-card… so, it is just like recycling ECBs at CVS. Dell rocks!

Yes, I receive the TV within a week. The gift card was around the time frame they mentioned. Maybe 15-20 days after I had completed my order.
Awesome, thanks Alex, I’m going to get one too. One big Christmas gift off my list! I can use the gift card for another. One last question, where are you? I’m wondering if the issues that buyers are having have anything to do with geography.
I am in Minnesota. I definitely think the issues had by others probably had to do with just some anomalies since I have bought from them for the past 10 years without any issues.
