I have this computer and it is the most frustrating computer I’ve ever owned. I tried passing it down to my 11 year old and he hates it too. Maybe it’s just me but I’m not a fan.
I think its Dell in general. We use Dell laptops at work because they are one of the few laptops that support the cad software we use and we are constantly battling them. Dell customer support isn’t cheap either.

After many issues with pc’s I finally broke down and bought a MacBook pro. I am also a atudent and my son and I share it. My son is 11 and has a much easier time using it compared with the Dell and Toshiba we have.

I was interested in this computer, but I also hear that black friday/cyber monday has good deals. Would it be best to wait and see what those deals are?
