Walgreens: Possible 90% Off Halloween Clearance

[h2s_box]My local Walgreens in Northeast Ohio marked down their Halloween decor to 90% this morning. I only spent about $10 on all this stuff for my kids classroom parties next year, plus some Halloween lip balm for me! Candy was marked 50% off but I didn’t price check to see if it was lower.
I got all this great stuff (LED light up ghost and pumpkin normally $20 each) for $15.00 including tax!!! My closest Walgreens is in Edmond Oklahoma and they had all Halloween decor for 90% off!!!!!!
My local Walgreens marked all Halloween decor (excluding candy) 90% off this morning! Not sure if this is a regional deal, but definitely worth checking out!
So Walgreens is ready to get rid of all the costumes! I just got $0.99-$2.40 Christmas gifts! Mario, the Hulk, Darth Vader, kitty cats, Hello Kitty, Minnie mouse and more were still left! I got 8 costumes and a Halloween t-shirt for under $10!
I was at Walgreens this morning browsing through the 90% off clearance items and I came across these DVDs. They were $12.99 regularly so I was able to snag these for only $1.29 after the 90% off! I also was able to score glow in the dark duck tape for only $0.25 and lots of other great decorations![/h2s_box]

Walgreens in Gainesville, FL had everything marked to 90% off also! Mine had tons of outdoor decorations including light strings! Also lots of little stuffed animals and quite a few costumes!
My Walgreens here in the Atlanta area also had Halloween Décor marked down 90% and Candy was only 50%. Watch the prices though at the register since the plastic pumpkin bucket I picked up range up the regular price and the cashier had to adjust it down.
I know what my 3 year old and I are doing after naptime 😀

It is 90% in Nampa Idaho. Costumes were $1-$2!!!
One of my local stores also had halloween items at 90% off, excluding candy (which was 50% off). I bought some coloring books for .05 each
I was at Walgreen’s yesterday and they informed me it was going to 90% off today so I stopped in this morning. (Minneapolis area). They had tons of stuff left including costumes for 50 cents – $3. I got 2 bags full of stuff for $15 which included 6 or so costumes and lots of Halloween activity type items for next year with items as low as 5 cents. Can’t beat that!
I have been searching for costume clearances everywhere since I rely on that to get my son’s yearly costumes but no luck this year 🙁 Everyone snatched them all up fast!
I did find 50% off candy yesterday at Family $ that isn’t marked. Last week I printed the 50 cent Oreo cookie coupon and found the Halloween Oreo’s at Family $ rang up at 50% off at only $1.50 so only $1 after the coupon plus this week you get a free hot wheels car with any Oreo purchase at Family $, so a $3 pack or Oreo’s and a $1 car for a total of $1! Today is the last day for this deal.
Try Meijer tonight! I scored BIG there today! I bought 5 or 6 costumes (most Disney!), decorations, and lighted items at 90% off!! I bought other food/produce and a Halloween tub and spend a little over $30.
At Wags – has anyone done the bogo Carmex deal + buy 4 get 1000 pts recently? What flavors are working? Thanks, going tomorrow.

Just came from Walgreens here in Long Beach, CA and costumes and décor were 90% off! I was able to buy my son’s teenage mutant ninja turtle for 50 cents! Yay! scored some candy and décor too! sorry…got a wee bit excited..LOL
I was able to get a cute scarecrow decoration (that I can use through Thanksgiving) for $2.00 and some e.l.f. makeup kits for my daughters for $0.60 each! I was also able to score Kiss brand fake eyelashes for my oldest for only $0.39! Perfect since she uses these all the time for dances!
Walgreens in Baldwin also has 90% off. Got my daughter 3 costumes for next year. Spent about 4 bucks!!!!!!!
Anyone in Houston? I stopped in earlier and it still said 70% off. I didn’t scan anything though!! UGH!

90% off in east San Francisco Bay Area. Slim pickings, no costumes, but picked up a couple little decor items, treat bags, etc. all for $.25 or less! For some reason the makeup stuff was only ringing up 50% off, and the cashier wouldn’t budge about adjusting down. Oh well! Still happy with my items.
My local Walgreens in Alabama had Halloween decor/costumes marked down to 90% off & Halloween candy was 50% off. I bought 9 costumes & accessories, 2 bib & hat sets & treat bags for $14.65 🙂
my walgreens everything was scanning at 90% but they modified it to 75% i was not happy about that makes no sense.
Wags in Halfmoon, NY has a 90% off clearance. There wasn’t a lot of stuff left, but I snagged two watermelon flavored Colgate toothpastes for 42 cents (there were a lot left). They had a pumpkin design and a witch design on the containers both glow in the dark. I hope my son likes the flavor!
I went to two different Walgreens today and they both had 90% off. I purchased 170.63 in Halloween merchandise and paid only 17.74! Some was marked down on clearance and some had a sale price and they took the 90% off the marked down prices. Score!! Now I need to buy another tote to store all of it in. Wonder if I can find a sale on the orange Halloween totes? Hhm. Oh and the manager said they never do 90% after a holiday so maybe this will happen after Christmas.
Walgreens in Wilmington DE has candy and decorating marked down, but the dvds are still full price 🙁 Was hoping for those!

My Charlier Brown DVD rang up $12.99 but my cashier took off the 90%. Maybe try again.
Being very disappointed at Target I went to Walgreens and was pleased to find a TON of Halloween clearance marked 90% off! I paid $24 for around $200 worth of stuff!….including 7 costumes!
aw man, they wouldn’t give me the charlie brown thanksgiving for 90% off! Said it was still $13! I might just go double check that tomorrow!
I had the same experience. Couldn’t get Charlie Brown Thanksgiving for 90% off, even though I was in the Halloween section :(. Bummer. Good deals on other things though!
I tried to buy several costumes, including a Superman and a Ninja Turtle costume, but the register wouldn’t ring those two up. The supervisor came, looked at the register and said, “oh, that means we can’t sell them” then took the costumes and walked away. I’ve tried and tried to like Walgreens, but dang, they are making it really hard for me!!!
Same thing happened to me with a superman costume.
You’re luck your Walgreen’s gave you 90% off the Thanksgiving Charlie Brown because mine said it wasn’t a Halloween item. Which its not. So you got lucky 🙂
I’m in Boston,MA I stocked up on Nightmare before Christmas, plush, snowglobes, dancing characters and much much more. Spent about $30….the receipt showed I saved over $191.23 with the 90% off!! So much stuff for next year.

My Walgreens said that they had been told to pull the Charlie Brown great pumpkin dvd and return them , so they were not included in the % off for Halloween items.
Two Walgreens near me were only 50% off today and they said Halloween would not be marked down to 75% off until December 1st.
