No you cant roll points. You can use surprise points but that is it.

I bought this morning with $0.01 in syw points and got back $30 in SYW a couple minutes ago when the order went through for pick up at store. Will be trying to pick up later because i’m not sure when the LO will come out (any day now).
I did that because yesterday I had $5 mystery points but the $5 never went through with the transaction. I had to call them up and they said i had to spend at least $0.01 in order for the automatic $5 SYW would go through. not sure if this was just a one off issue but it was a quick fix with a call
This deal is get 100% back in points, so if you use points and say only pay $5 oop, you will only receive $5 back in points. So you probably don’t want to use points on these

If it says not valid that means it has been used before.

I just want to give my opinion on this. I bought headphones from Kmart that were this brand to give to my husband in July then gave them to him in September. They broke literally after one use. Kmarts return policy was over so I emailed the company and never got a response. Just wanted to warn others about that the product might not be great.
My husband bought these earlier in the yr when they were giving back point, it’s still going strong and I tell you my husband toss his stuff all over and surprisingly they are still in very good condition, that’s why I purchased again, maybe you just got a defective one. Just saying….

I ordered 2 and at the checkout page, it said I would be getting $50 worth os points ($20 x 2 + $10 if you spend more than $30) but when I go back to my order and clicked on view details, it says 0 points earned this order. Does anybody say that?

You will get your points as long as it said on the page after you submitted that you earned points. It doesn’t show on your order history until your order processes.
Question.. Are you seeing your points added to your account right after purchase or does it take time to get into the account?
Once your order is finished processing and is ready to ship or pick up you should get your points.
