It took a couple of days for Amazon to send me an email telling me the credit was available. HTH
They don’t apply the credit until your item actually ships…have they shipped yet? They do this to avoid people using the credit and then cancelling their orders.

I have a few of these ive laminated and hole punched to use over and over again.
You can also cut the spine off and put pages in plastic sleeves then I use a cheap brad folder (stock piled from back to school sales) then they can reuse them with dry erase markers. Great way to get more use out of the book.

I think the no-rush shipping is only if you are a Prime member. Since I have free 2-day shipping with Prime, they give me a $1 credit to choose no-rush shipping instead.
