I always separate all my orders into individual transactions to make the most of the $1 book credit. For example, if I was going to order 5 of these little golden books, if I put them all in my cart and checked out in one transaction, I would only be able to get $1 toward my next book purchase. But, if I checked out with each book individually, I could get $5 in book credits.
Thanks for suggesting that Lindsey!!! 🙂 My wallet is happy to have such affordable stocking stuffers!
thank you for sharing!
This Frozen coloring book comes with 4 crayons. Only $2.35 right now, and does qualify for the No-Rush $1 credit. 🙂

Thanks…order 1 as a stocking stuffer.
Thanks!
I’m so happy to see they are still making “there’s a monster at the end of this book”. That was one of my all time favorite books as a kid, I highly recommend it.
Me, too!
Me too! These will be perfect since we wanted to wrap up a stack of books and give our kids one a day until Christmas.
That was also one of my favorite books to read to my now 28 year old son. My nephew who is 4 and already reading will LOVE this book too.
I love this book, too! Grover is great 🙂
where do I see what credits I have available? I have done this several times but I am not sure where to do to see how much I have? 🙂
the only way I have figured out how to see is to add a bunch of books and then see how much it is going to take off when you almost check out.

how do you check and apply book credits? Does it automatically apply?
it automatically applied for me, I don’t know how to check other than pretend to go through the checkout process with a book in the cart
I love the Monster at the End of this book too. I remember having it as a child and I bought it for my son a couple years ago. I highly recommend this book. I would probably read this book to him every night, if he’d let me. LOL
There are 4 boynton books for $12.70! We love our books here! https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/0689823223/ref=mp_s_a_1_56?qid=1415819841&sr=8-56&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70
Ok all this talk about the Monster at the end of this book has convinced me! So excited to get it for 39 cents since I had two book credits! Yay!!
I am buying it for the same reason. Hope we love it as much as everyone else.
This was one of my absolute favorite books as a child. I still remember reading it over and over. You won’t be disappointed! 🙂
I don’t see where you click for the no rush shipping for the $1 credit?
With Prime membership, it’s the first option in the right column on the “Shipping Options” screen.
Where is the free no rush shipping option at? I dont see it for the Frozen book listed above when I add to my cart and go to check out.
Are you a Prime member? It’s the first option in the right column on the “Shipping Options” screen with Prime membership.
I’m not getting the option for no rush shipping. What an I doing wrong?
You have to be a prime member, are you?
I love the monster at the end of the book too! My childhood fav!
Love the book deals through Amazon. I had $2 in book credits, used them to snag The Monster at the End of This Book for $0.36. 🙂
Thanks! Just got Peter Pan for $0.60!
Yay! 🙂
thanks!!!
You’re welcome, Courtney! 🙂
Great thank you! I needed books for the kids Christmas book exchange at school!!
You are welcome! 🙂
heres a little trick i have been doing. I bought the frozen one a few weeks ago. and snagged the $1 credit. I then bought another book used that $1 Credit paid like 1.36 for a book and got another credit. I have been continually doing this. So far I have gotten 4 Golden books and paid around $1-$15 each for them. ANd I have another credit just have to decide what book to buy.
How long does it take to get the book credit after you place an order?
I believe you get the credit once the order has shipped.
I have to laugh, cause i posted a promotion for 150$ amazon gift card an no one checked it out, an all these sales at amazon are going on, its a pity that’s a whole lot of free, no one is getting
Where did you post this $150 promotion for an AMAZON gift card?
Huh??? What 150 promo???
I tried this and not getting the book credit, I enrolled in the prime trial, selected the no rush shipping and still couldn’t get it. .. tired 3 times. So i cancelled them. What an I doing wrong?
Through the app I now see when I select no rush it says I will get the $1 credit. Is it automatic where I can do the deal again applying the credit or must I wait for it to process my first order?
You get the credit once it ships. “For every order where you select No-Rush Shipping, you’ll receive a promotional credit that will be automatically applied to your Amazon.com account once the package ships. This promotional credit applies only to the type of items indicated in the offer at checkout.” https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201546860
Thank you
The credit is not immediately available. It is applied to your account once your order has shipped.
Thank you
Am I the only one who sees $1 credit for ebooks, digital music, or instant video. This doesn’t include actual books.
