I am having a horrible time with kmart right now. In the middle of Oct I ordered 2 toddler beds because they were doing buy one get one half off. The one was delivered and received, the other one I never got. They have been giving a huge run around. They said they couldn’t just send out a replacement and that they needed to give me a refund and then have me purchase a new one. But my refund doesn’t equal the amount it would cost to buy a new one. I will REALLY think twice before ordering from them again
Do you have your receipt showing buy one get one half off? You should and a copy to corporate and ask them if they will honor selling it to you same price again because the screw up is on their end.
Oh I understand. I dealt with them for 3 months to get a fair refund on a bogo free pair of shoes that didn’t come in my order. It was a nightmare. They ended up throwing me into the negative in points, only like a $5 refund. Blah blah blah. Finally got it all straightened out but sheesh.
Went go there after last year’s promo, buy a pair of shoes get one for a penny. Ordered 4 pairs, one was out of stock, but they couldn’t change my order because one pair had already shipped. My card was charged a second time for the full price of the boots. The store couldn’t refund it, it kept coming up as .01. Even though they charged me $22. Ended up returning all the shoes for the original charge and losing the second charge. Still mad after a year.

My daughter has this and a leapster. The leap pad was barely used and totally defective. Leapster has been great on the other hand.

Walmart has one with a game, gel case, and four custom skins for $49, for $59 you get the charger (no game, no skin or case). The charger cost $27 alone. better deals to be had.
it was the crayola bundle priced $49.00, and some of the games were $5 and $10 at our Walmart. worth a look.

My charger stopped working for mine so now it only works if used with batteries, other than that I love it
I’m planning a trip a few towns over to the Kmart in Torrington CT because the store is closing for good in a few weeks and there are really *HOT* deals to be had. Like women’s shirts for $1.28 and clothes sets for the kiddos around $5. Everything has to go. The cashier said it’s nationwide that certain Kmarts are closing. So I’d check around neighboring towns see if a closing is going on- it would be SO worth the trip. Especially at this time of year. 😄

I am looking to get my son the leap pad or the innotab for christmas. Which is better? I don’t really know what the difference between the two is other than being differnet brands.

A couple of years ago, I went to the marts & bought up tons of girl costume outfits for cents on the dollars when on clearance, then my husband made a toy box & we filled it with my clearance costume finds, was the best present ever! Is still played with by all the kids 2 years later! Pretty sure it was a post on this site that gave us the idea!

We got my son the leappad 2, 2 years ago when he was 3 and he stills plays with it! As long as I update games as he learns he is engaged. We did not have luck at all with the rechargeable batteries, they stopped working after a month or so. Hope that helps!!
