I got $7 off $17 Revlon Cosmetics or Beauty Tools. Strange amount! But I’m holding onto my coupon for BF ad. Select Nail Polish will be $4.99 w/$3 ECB or Super Lustrous Lip $6.99 w/$4 ECB. I think the limit is 6 each. So 2 Lip & 1 Nail less $7/$17 and $10 ECB, pay $2 and get $11 back in bucks!
