Allyou has some great articles but I would not recommend buying this magazine for the coupons. My latest issue only had $4 in coupons. It seems that only a year ago it had over $100 in coupons.

I agree! $5 for a year I would do but this magazine is not like it used to be.

    • Stacy

I agree, Carrie, All You used to have a lot more coupons. I didn’t renew mine the last time it came up.

      • Steph

Agreed! The latest issue was All you’s worst issue ever for coupons.

    • Jena

I was just about to post this! I do appreciate the “All You” Magazine for the articles and tips, but if you are buying for the coupons…move right along. It has gotten worse and worse as time goes on.

    • Diane

I was going to get All You, but then I thought – I don’t think I even used $5 worth of coupons last year from them. I wonder why the coupons went so downhill?

Just to let you know… I subscribed to the free OXYGEN magazine you posted this am, and after filling everything out for this FREE subscription, I was given the option of receiving up to 3 other subscriptions for just 2.00 dollars for 12 issues. The choices included “ALL YOU” and “REAL SIMPLE” , among many others. So its an even better deal to go that way.

    • Ashley

I agree with Gina. I almost got the $5 dollar deal until I saw her comment. I just ordered three I wanted for almost the price I paid for one.

  3. Nikki

Can soon can you call to cancel? Can you call as soon as you place the order or must you wait until the last issue arrives?

    • Nikki

      typo, How soon

    • Heather C

GOOD QUESTION!! Can’t wait to find out the answer. My guess is shortly after you receive your 1st magazine, because you have the subscription information to provide the 1-800 people.

  4. Marie

This deal (for Real Simple, at least) is also available on Amazon (both print and for Kindle) and it is very easy to cancel the subscriptions using Amazon Subscription Manager (not certain, but last time I think I even got an email reminding me that it was going to expire).

Found it on Zinio too (which works for iPad).

So when it auto renews, is it another $5 for another 12 weekly issues or does it renew at the normal rate? My daughter has been wanting People but I hate spending the money for it but $5 a quarter doesn’t seem like a bad deal.

    • marilynn

Their “fine” print says “$35.70 for People (semi-annual; 26 weekly issues)

  6. Paige

I noticed a $33 charge on my most recent credit card bill. When I called the 1800 listed with the charge, I learned that it was an auto renew for my All You magazine subscription. I did not receive any renewal bill in the mail. It was confusing trying to then cancel with Time, Inc auto voice on the phone.

    • Jamie

They warn you on you almost last issue that they are going to do it. They were going to charge me in December when I am paid thru April!
Never again will I subscribe with them.

  7. Michelle

Ouch! I’m just too nervous that I would forget to cancel especially for just a 12 wk taste so I’ll probably just stick with the ones that Collin tells us are no hassle and auto cancels. Thanks!

    • Meryl

I did forget. I don’t know how many but 3 hit last month $100 in fees. I called my credit card company (Capital One Visa) they got Time on the line and I am supposed to be refunded all 3 within 15 days. I told them I never received the email and it seemed all too easy to reverse the charges BUT I will see in 15 days. I suspect this happens all too frequently and they’re hoping people don’t look at their statements!!

  8. Emily

Thanks guys for the info. Was going to
get People, but it sounds like a hassle. Thanks for the heads up.

  9. Marissa Hanson

Is this for renewals also? Or just new subscriptions?

  10. Jamie

ALL YOU: I ordered in April for 12 issues (1 yr) My confirmation email said I was paid thru 4/24/15. My latest issue shows I only have one issue left. How is that possible?! Looked at my account and it shows I’m only paid thru 2/24/15. Battling customer service now to see why they only want to send my 8 issues when I paid for 12!

So if you order, keep your confirmation. I’m thinking this is how they offer it for so cheap, they don’t really plan to send you all of them :/

  11. marie

Snagged real simple and cooking light. Thanks for posting!

  12. NeNe

I wanted the Real Simple and it is SOLD OuT.. The 3 days is not up yet…
