      I have to ship things to my vacation home because it’s cheaper than sending to my house. Crazy, but if you have another address to use could lower that shipping charge.

        It might have been a blessing. I read reviews…not one was positive. Something was “fishy” when I couldn’t use PayPal.

              @Swirlypop- How long did it take you to receive an email confirmation after you placed your order? I placed a $170.00 order last night at about 7:30 PM, and I still haven’t received one. I usually get them, from other companies, immediately. I must say I am a little nervous about this company. 🙁 Thanks.

      Has anyone had a satisfying experience with this company? I would have liked to order 24 items, but after reading reviews on “sitejabber”, I am reluctant to do so. It wouldn’t permit me to use PayPal and was asking for a credit card…I have NEVER had a problem using PayPal.

        Cabana totes and other personalized bags… Loved them!!! I just ordered 10 more bags for corowkers and teachers… No problem here with paypal or the site!! Great stuff!

      Some items (like the Lenox frame I was ordering) didn’t qualify for the discount or free shipping, so I had to add enough that it was over $50 after the code without that item then both codes worked.

      My orders take about 2 weeks each time. Some say shipping is fast but for me in SC, it’s slow. Worth the wait though.

    I have gone online to read reviews about this company. There was not one satisfied customer. People are complaining about not getting their order and not getting their money back. I wish I would have read them before I spent the time customizing 24 items. What prompted me to look for reviews was that the site wouldn’t permit me to pay by PayPal and asked for a credit card, my husband thought something was “fishy”. Whoever posted this deal…have you ever personally ordered from here?

          I purchased many personalized products (knives, napkins, necklaces and totes) for my wedding and the wedding party and had no issues with receiving them or the quality. Although this was a few years ago…there are satisfied people.

    In order to get both codes to work, you need to put in ‘Thanks25’ first, make sure your total is still above $50, and then put in ‘Thanks50’. That worked for me. Still debating about whether or not to submit order since some of you have said the reviews are not so good for this company. 😐

      Jacy, don’t hesitate to place an order. You won’t regret it. 😄 Make sure you have plenty of time though as shipping can be a couple of weeks.

    I just ordered 11 personalized gifts 9 of the stand up waffle cosmetic bags and 2 of the cooler chairs…for 55.00 shipped….I really hope they are as nice as others say. The cooler chairs appear to be great gifts for the man folk in your life that you don’t know what to get. I am excited to get these!

    I ordered the tote bags and a cooler bag a few months ago from this site. I was very impressed with the quality of the items. Just ordered two more of the coolers. I cant recall how long it took to ship, but I do not remember being upset about the length of time it took so it must not have been long.

    Thank you! I just ordered two teacher’s gifts (polka dot cabana totes) & they were only $15.46 shipped…not bad for two gifts with personalization! The shipping cost was only 3.54 of that total 🙂

    Anyone else having trouble with this company? It’s been 12 days since I ordered 5 items, and my order is still “processing”. I have emailed their customer service, but haven’t heard back. Very disappointed.

      I finally received my order that I placed on November 26th, only to find out that all the mugs I ordered are broken . And they couldn’t have cared less.They are supposed to credit my account because they have no more mugs left. I am so disappointed in this company. Now I have to rethink gifts for Christmas at this late date.

    Yes, I spoke to Amber from The Knot today and she told me any orders placed from their black Friday sale will not be promised to arrive by Christmas. Mine was placed Dec 1. I asked if emails will be sent and she said NO, she then stated she wished they would. I bet her phone is ringing off the hook. So I had ordered some Christmas gifts and thought I was finished my Holiday shopping but I’m not, so I canceled my order and spent today running around completely my list.
    I am upset because 1. No notification 2. They are still posting sales and sending out emails with 25% off.
    I find them to be greedy and not acting in good faith towards their customers who have already placed orders and are waiting.

      I placed an order on the 25th of November that has not yet been shipped. I called this am and learned that ONE of my 46 items is backordered and therefore the ENTIRE order was not processed and will NOT be until the backordered item is in stock! This entire order was made up of Christmas gifts for my children, teachers, scout leaders and other family!!! May at customer service said that I should have received an email…. I did not! She wasn’t even sincerely apologetic; just an obvious rehearsed commentary and she admitted that I am by far not the only disappointed customer.
      I am so disgusted, disappointed and devastated!
      NEVER AGAIN SHOULD ANYONE ORDER FROM THE KNOT!

        I placed an order on November 26th, and I haven’t received my order, NOR AN EMAIL. I spoke to a gentleman named Mike before I placed my order and he assured me that I’d receive my 23 items in 2 weeks, or I wouldn’t have placed it. I just called and they said that I should receive my order tomorrow…fingers crossed. Perhaps you should keep call them back Kaelie, speak to a supervisor and ask them to rush the order, being you have waited so long, and you need it by Christmas,and have them just send what isn’t back ordered. 🙁 Good luck!

I did ask that of them MommaBoots, I was told that it isn’t their policy to ship items separately and even if they could make an exception it is too late to process and receive before Christmas. I did request to speak to a supervisor and they assured that one would call me when one is available. Thanks for the Good Luck… I think I REALLY need it with this one! 🙂

            I finally received my order, and all the mugs are broken. Whoever packed them didn’t know that glass breaks if not packed properly. They didn’t pack them with correct packing materials. RIDICULOUS!!! My husband called the company and they could have cared less. 🙁 THIS COMPANY HAS DISAPPOINTED A LOT OF PEOPLE…and they COULD CARE LESS!!!

              That is such a shame. I was thinking awesome you’re getting your order and for it to arrive broken is such a disappointment. When I had spoken to customer service, Amber, I too, got the impression that they could care less. I posted my experience with them in hopes many hipsters who ordered would be aware that they might not get the orders by Christmas. I think it’s outrageous that they have all Kaelie’s items except 1 out of 46 and they won’t ship her order. That’s just totally insane!
