We received one for Christmas either last year or the year before and love it!
I bought one of these a few years ago, and my boyfriend tried to talk me out of it. “How often will we use that? We don’t make sandwiches that often, so it shouldn’t live on the counter.”
I think he uses it more than I do; it gets a workout around our house! Sandwiches, quesadillas, pancakes, pizza, grilled veggies… This thing is awesome!

It is ridiculous how excited I am about this. Have an old one by a different manufacturer that has been acting up, can’t wait to get it!
I bought this at Costco a few years ago after wanting it so long then I returned it because the griddle is terrible for pancakes. There are hot and cold spot in the shape of the heating elements. It worked good for sandwiches but I really wanted the griddle feature. Just a heads up. So glad others love theirs though. Wish I did.
Sounds like just a flat griddle is what you need and cheaper too .I never did pancakes on this but hash browns,sandwiches and burgers it’s great
