  From years previous, she adds them onto the prizes at the end. Later in the day, the gift cards increase in value.

  Hip2Save is actually the sole sponsor of these hourly Black Friday Giveaways so we purchase the cards out of pocket as soon as they are claimed. For this reason, there are not actual cards to roll over to the next round.
