Just a head’s up; I ordered from Nume on Friday. I kept getting an error message during the checkout process saying that my order did not go through. I continued to try but continued to get errors. Then, I discovered my bank account had been charged for 6 purchases. I did eventually receive one confirmation email for one order, but nothing else from them. I immediately filled out the online form about my concerns with the multiple charges and have tried calling. I have been unable to get any kind of response. I did, however, receive a curling wand in the mail today. Wonder how many more are on their way? 😉 Just be careful about trying repeatedly to place your order.
Yes, my husband got three charges as well trying to get the deal the other day. He got one confirmation email that day and has since received 2 more days later. Definitely be careful!
What’s the difference between the magic wand and the classic wand?
The Magic is Titanium with temperature control and the Classic is ceramic without temp control (but it may be better for your hair from less heat). More heat means easier control of hair but prob more heat damage too. 🙂 Hope that helps. I find that the titanium is easier and faster to tame hair, but when you accidentally bump it to skin, it hurts more. lol
One is tourmaline infused and one is titanium.
