Planning on seeing the new Hobbit movie? Now through December 29th, whenever you purchase a qualifying DVD or Blu-ray movie on Amazon, you’ll receive a movie voucher up to $8 to see The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies at participating theaters, starting 12/17. You’ll receive a $5 voucher for a DVD purchase or $8 for a Blu-ray purchase (only applies to products sold by Amazon.com).
Then, once the order ships, you will receive an email within 48 hours containing your reward code. Click the link contained in the email (or go here) and activate your reward code by January 2nd, 2015. Just print your certificate and head to your local movie theater! So is it only one code, total, per customer, no matter how many you buy? or do you get one per qualifying movie?

When I click on the link with the DVD movies I don’t see anything on the page talking about this promo. I’m a little leery to order without seeing it. Am I missing it? Does it say it at checkout? TIA.

Click a box and add one of the movies to your cart. Then, when you check out, it will say “Congratulations. Your purchase qualifies you for the movie ticket promotion” on the final confirmation screen.
