I signed up for the 12 days of Christmas bonus points but they arrive later than I go out. I am retired and when I do go out, I go early. It is now 10:00 AM and I have not received my offer yet. I am waiting for my email before I go to Starbucks and have not received it. Why are they waiting so long to send them out – are they hoping you can’t use them?

I bought a loaf cake on the 4th too and never got my stars, and even e-mailed them and didn’t get a reply (very surprising given that they’re usually responsive)
It says it takes 24 hrs. If they don’t show up, contact them. They have always been great. I forgot to use a 20 bonus star code before it expired and they fixed it for me.

The email states: USE THIS OFFER AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE. Does that mean for each transaction we purchase a Christmas blend coffee we get 8 stars?? So if I bought them at 2 different times I would get 16 stars total?

That’s what I would expect.
I did another offer for Starbucks earlier this month that said “as many times” also for breakfast sandwiches, and I got the several bonuses on separate transactions.
However, I don’t know if it goes by transactions or quantity.
I bought two bags today, not sure if that qualifies as two sets of bonus stars (even though in theory, it should). I will see soon enough, and if I don’t get it, I will email their service to confirm.
From my understanding it’s each “transaction” (like any of their drink bonuses usually are), however I’m not positive. But, I’d personally error on the side of caution by purchasing in separate transactions with your Starbuck’s Rewards Card. 🙂

8oz are $7 each in my area.
I’m registered with SB and got the email. I just haven’t quite figured out what the stars are good for. Can someone please explain? 🙂 I guess I need more coffee!

Gold Status = Any Drink / Food Item FREE every 12 stars earned.
If you are a Gold member, every 12 stars is a free drink or food item. If you are not a Gold member, it helps you achieve Gold status which is when you have received 30 stars in a year. Hope that helps.

The bags of coffee are $10 at my Walgreens, are they cheaper at the Starbucks stores? Are they the same size?
The bags in grocery stores are usually 10-12oz, while in Starbucks the bags are 16oz.

Only 5 stars for me, but I do love this blend. The fine print does specify the coffee must be purchased at a Starbucks store. HTH!
If you didn’t sign up for the 12 days of bonus stars, you might still be able to. The email was sent to me on November 17th with the subject line “Earn Bonus Stars on Holiday drinks”. Near the bottom of the email was the picture and link to join the 12 days of bonus stars. The link only works if you click it from the email. Hope this helps someone.
Does anyone know how much K-cups in Christmas Blend cost?
At least at my local Starbucks and Safeway they are priced at $12.95. But the boxes have 12 K-Cups instead of 10 like the others.

Bonus stars are nice BUT Target has $5 Target card wyb 3 bags ($6.99 per bag until 12/27) starting 12/7. Use $4/3 coupon and the bags are $3.99 each. There’s also a $2/1 coupon out there as well but says 1 per customer so YMMV on using 3 of those.

16 ct K-cups are part of the $5 gift card deal. Don’t know the price of k-cups.
Need to add that you can get a bonus star on the bags you buy from Target so that’s three bonus stars in addition to the $3.99 price after coupon/gc.
And … If you wait to enter your codes, you “might” receive an offer throughout the year for Bonus Stars entered from products purchased. I’ve gotten two this year. Both were if I entered 2 Codes (from specially marked products, like the ground coffee I buy at Target) I’d get FIVE Bonus Stars. So, it’s worth it to hang on to them. (FYI: If I remember right, the codes expire one year from the “Beat By” Date on the package.)

I brought one bag up to the register and was actually told by the cashier that if you bought two bagged coffees you got a $5 giftcard back! I am hoping that the stars are per bag and not per transaction and I get 16 stars plus the five dollar gifytard. These make perfect gifts for any coffee lover!

The $5 gift card is when you buy 2 8oz xmas blend ground coffee packages. There were signs at Starbucks when I went today & a display.
My husband and I each did the $3 holiday Fraps after 2PM. We each got the 8 Bonus Stars emails so we each bought a package of K-cups and got $5 gift cards for each package to boot! Nice. And get the card where you earn stickers for a free grande beverage after 5 purchases of holiday drinks from now until 12/25.
I went to Starbucks to get this deal to have some good stocking stuffers because I got the 8 star email. When I got there, they had a sign on the Christmas blend that said you get a $5 Starbucks giftcard when you purchase any two christmas blend coffees. So I got at least 8 stars (possibly 16 depending if they go by transaction or item) AND a $5 Starbucks giftcard! I’m thrilled!
