The Body Shop Groupon is only good in store this time. Also, they will not honor any of their special deals (Buy 3 Get 3 Free) when you use your Groupon. This Groupon from The Body Shop is not like prior Groupons I’ve purchased from them. Buyer Beware, IMO.
I just want people to be aware before they purchase this Groupon that it is very limited this time.
I used to be a fan of body shop but not anymore, one time I used $40 groupon, $25 8 point gift, and paid another $50 in credit card. A few days later I realized I didn’t need that many body butters (didn’t want them to expire before I could use them) so I went back to the store and returned $30 worth of body butters and the girl gave me the hardest time and tried to give me back in gift card claiming that because I used groupon and also she tried to divide my $25 point with all the products to give me less money back for each item. I tried to tell her that the $25 point was just $25 free, regardless of what I spent. But yea worst experience, I email called and emailed cooperate about the incident but they never did anything and didn’t sound like they cared. So ever since I have not gone back, my reward card had long expired but I’m never going to renew or buy anything from there again.. So just an fyi

Yes the groupon is no longer a great deal. I just had that problem at the store yesterday.
I used the Groupon to pay my daughter for babysitting, knowing she wanted to buy holiday gift sets for her friends. Otherwise I agree, they are somewhat worthless since there have been a lot of 50% off type of sales lately.
You can sweeten this deal even more if you have an AMERICAN EXPRESS card. In my’OFFERS’ section I have one for $10 off a $40 purchase (valid online).

Yes. And they also sell Body Shop products at ULTA (recently they were 40% Off). I think this is why they will not allow me to “even exchange” the same product out for another scent! Instead they give you 50% off the “retail” price as a credit. At least that’s what my local store did. :[
