I decided not to purchase because of the itchy collar(discussed in the reviews) and the fact that you cannot clean it in a washing machine or dry cleaners.
I tried using the 5 off 50 code on Sunday and it wouldn’t let me. It kept saying I didn’t meet the qualifications. I am not sure why because I was spending 50. I wondered if anybody else was having the same problem?
You can’t wash these? Really?!?!? That’s weird. Guess I’ll pass on this one. 🙁

It says do not dry Dry clean. Looks like the formatting is off and dry clean is ok. It meant to say do not dry (as in dryer)
I thought the same thing. You can’t dry it but you can Dry clean it
I have this coat and it is good for the price. I have dry cleaned it. It has gotten a little pilly (4 yrs old) but is still pretty nice. I have never felt itchy with the collar. HTH!

Brinda, I have an Old Navy puffer coat that’s at least 4 years old and it’s still like new. (As a disclaimer I live where we have mild winters so it hasnt been tested in extremely cold temps).

I know the original coat I had in my cart sold out but when I manipulated the size and zip code, I was able to find one closer to me than the original I was trying to get. And I still got the color I wanted. 🙂 Such nice, thick, and heavy coats for $20! So excited.
