Looks like it has to be used on a full $15 purchase(sale or non!) to work.
I tried with only $6 worth of merchandise and it said “code is invalid.”
Heads up, there are a few items on the “sale” page that are still at full price (no mark down price listed in red). I tried to get two of them and they DO NOT come out b1g1. I went all the way to the final check out page and it never took the b1g1 off.

I think the two items have to be from the same section: ie: two pairs of shoes or two accessories.
The BOGO worked for me but I guess it only gives 1 item free, even if you buy multiples? I was assuming that if I bought 4 I’d get 2 of them free. The $15 also worked for me; this was maybe 10 minutes ago. Great deal! FYI…the ones that appear on the Sale page but aren’t sale items have other color options that ARE on sale. You have to choose a Sale color for the BOGO to apply.

I tried to do mulitiple orders and it wouldn’t accept the code on my second order, but when I checked out as a guest it took it! So if youre doing multiple orders just checkout as a guest and it should work!

It org states before the code is applied that you can get bogo free. However once you apply the code for $15 off, the bogo code goes away 🙁

Code is only taking $10 off for the most part. If you look at Colin’s screenshot, it’s not taking off the full value either – 3.99 off for each bogo plus $15 would be 22.98, not -$16.66. It takes a full $15 off until you go to combine it with the BOGO sale and then it lowers the value, even though it says $15 off.
Not a bad deal, but still not quite as good as $15 would be 🙂

Just rcvd email my order was canceled, even though ordered am today, and got confirmation number. Called them they said more orders will be cancelled, and emails coming out.

I have long been a supporter of this store. Last week when I received my code in the mail, I tried to make an order and it wouldn’t work (same code). I emailed, contacted Facebook, and called customer service at some point throughout the past week. Each one told me to do something differently. Facebook said to email. Email said to call. Calling said to wait for email. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I find out a week later from that email above that my code will no longer he accepted. Absolutely ridiculous.
You can still use it in store
My closest store is 50 minutes away so I just took a picture of the code on the back and trashed the card. I guess I should have kept it but who would think that a company would go back on their word. Nor should I have to travel almost an hour to use a coupon that clearly states I can use it online. I just feel like this time around they should have to honor it and they learn that next time it should be a one time use only code like ll bean or vs secret rewards. This is a sad and frustrated couponer over here 🙁
So i got my order today . I ordered a cross body bag and an iphone case. i got only iphone case which was $3.99 and they cancelled my bag without informing me.
on top of it i haveto pay $5+ shipping. this is so bad that you pay shipping on something which is so bad. I piad more shipping the actual cost.
They have horrible customer service! my order was wrong and I called twice and the managers are always mysteriously busy! I would advise everyone not to do business with them!
