   And shipping is really slow. I ordered stuff on November 25 And it still has not shipped. I remember it taking a long time last year too. The quality of clothes is good though once you get the stuff.

   The quality is great if you get your order…. My last order is on back order and I’m not sure if I will get it or not. Customer service is not very good either.

   The same clearance prices are in store as well. My local RUUM store had clearance starting at $1.99 and the entire store was 50-60% off. Clearance that was over $2.99 was an additional 50% off. I’m in Pittsburgh, PA and I’m not sure if it’s just my store or all the stores so YMMV.

  I think I read somewhere that they are closing all stores and will only be online.

   They are closing mall locations and going boutique. If you have a mall location they are on 50 or 60 percent off the entire store including markdowns on some older season stuff as well.
